The Needs Assessment for Developing the Quality of Graduates According to the Learning Outcomes Standards for Students in the Master of Education Program, Department of Educational Administration, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University

Abstract
The purposes of this study were 1) to study the actual condition and desirable condition of graduate quality development according to students learning outcome standards 2) to study comparisons between the actual conditions. and desirable condition of graduate quality development according to student learning outcome standards 3) to study needs assessment for develop the quality of graduates students learning outcomes standards, and 4) to study suggestions for develop the quality of graduates according to the learning outcomes standards of students in the Master of Education program. Department of Educational Administration, University Kanchanaburi Rajabhat
The samples consisted 125 post-graduate students in the master of educational program for enrolled in the academic year 2021-2023, obtained by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with content validity between 0.67-1.00 and the reliability at 0.96. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and analysis of modified priority needs index.
The results of this study were as follows:
1. The actual condition of the quality graduate development according to the learning outcomes standards for students in the Master of Education Program in Educational Administration of Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University, Overall and in each individual aspect were at the highest level.
2. Desirable condition of the quality graduate development according to the learning outcomes standards for students in the Master of Education Program in Educational Administration of Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University, Overall and in the each individual aspect were at the highest level.
3. Comparison between actual condition and the desirable condition of graduate quality development according to students learning outcomes standards in the Master of Education Program, department of Educational Administration Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University, overall and each individual were statistically significant different at 0.01.
4. The needs Assessment for develop graduate quality according to students. Learning outcomes standards of students in the Master of Education program Department of Educational Administration, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University as a whole, arranged in order of importance of needs. From highest to lowest are knowledge, interpersonal skills and responsibility, intellectual skills, numerical analysis skills, communication and use of technology, skills of the educational administration profession in the 21st century and moral and ethical aspects.
5. Suggestions for develop the quality of graduates according to students learning outcomes standards in the Master of Education program. Department of Educational Administration, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University is that it should create responsibility for group work. Know the duties of group leadership and group membership, Learning from real situations should be arranged through study visits or invite experts with direct experience, There should be practice through the process of analytical thinking and systematic problem solving, Should be able to communicate in foreign languages with co-workers, Students should have skills in using information technology in studying and working, and students should have skills in using digital technology and including using information in studying and working.
