The Application of Sangahavatthu Dhamma To Improve the Quality of Public Service at Yung Thalai Sub-District Administrative Organization, U Thong District, Suphan Buri Province

Abstract

This article aims to study the quality of public services of Yung Thalai Sub-district Administrative Organization, 2) compare the quality of public services of Yung Thalai Sub-district Administrative Organization, and 3) propose guidelines for applying the principles of social dimension to promote the quality of public services of Yung Thalai Sub-District Administrative Organization. This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The research results show that 1) the quality of public services of Yung Thalai Subdistrict Administrative Organization is at a moderate level overall, 2) the results of comparing the quality of public services of Yung Thalai Sub-district Administrative Organization classified by individual factors are different, and 3) the guidelines for applying the principles of social dimension to promote the quality of public services of Yung Thalai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, U Thong District, Suphan Buri Province are as follows: 1) sharing by providing assistance for a suitable living, 2) using appropriate words, 3) providing support as appropriate, 4) sharing happiness and sorrow, sharing knowledge, and solving problems to create mutual benefits with colleagues and the organization without neglecting duties and responsibilities and giving importance to the local agencies.
