Infrastructural Administration According to Good Governance of Samut Sakhon Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract
The objectives of the research are 1) to study infrastructure management of the Samut Sakhon Provincial Administrative Organization according to good governance, 2) to compare public opinions with infrastructure management, under control of the organization following good governance, and 3) to deliver advice for infrastructure management under control of the organization following good governance. This research utilized mixed methods including quantitative and qualitative designs. The data were analyzed from 305,542 people residing in Mueang Samut Sakhon district. These residents include 399 samples (following Taro Yamane formula) and 5 interviewees. Collection instruments consist of questionnaires and interviews. In addition, statistical analysis is based on frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation (SD) and package software.
The findings show that:
1. Under the organization and good government, citizens generally express opinions on infrastructure management in 5 areas. Each area is at a good level.
2. The comparative results imply that education affects opinions on infrastructure management and good governance for the organization. In general, opinion fluctuations are equal to 0.05.
3. For the forementioned areas, guidance’s on infrastructure management and good governance are demonstrated.
