Abstract

This article aims to present the application of the 4 principles of Iddhipada to develop students of Phrapariyattham School. General Education Department (Rangsi Witthayakhom) Nam Yuen District, Ubon Ratchathani Province This is a qualitative research study. Fieldwork by in-depth interviews the interviewees included 14 novice monks in Mathayom 3. The results of the research found that the application of the 4 principles of Iddhipada to develop students of Phrapariyattidhamma School. General Education Department (Rangsi Wittayakorn) Nam Yuen District, Ubon Ratchathani Province It is a development that focuses on being effective in developing students both internally and externally at the same time, such as internal development, including satisfaction (satisfaction) and satisfaction in providing more diverse teaching and learning, such as playing games, answering questions has a prize for those who can answer the prize, etc. Therefore, it causes learning and development in learning, perseverance (persistence), making students more diligent and diligent in coming to study regularly. Citta (mind), the heart of student Have a clear mind and meditate before studying so that students have a better memory. Vimansa (intellect) allows students to use their intellect to exchange knowledge with friends in the room. Students try to respond with good intentions in Developing students to the best of their ability by letting students know through hands-on practice. Whether it's playing Learning and using intelligence so that students have direct experience with what they learn will result in better remembering than memorization from textbooks. When students learn those things by themselves, they will have more experiences and be able to use them in their daily life.
