The Relationship Between Empowering Leadership and Teamwork among Teachers and Educational Personnel in Vocational Education Institutions of Agriculture in the Southern Region

Abstract
This article aimed to study 1) The level of empowering leadership 2) The level of teamwork of teachers and education personnel in the sample and 3) The relationship between empowered leadership and teamwork of teachers and education personnel. The samples used in this research were 247 persons from the school administrators, teachers, and personnel in the Southern Region Institute of Vocational Education in Agriculture. It was calculated using Yamane's (1973) formula using stratified random sampling. The study instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed into frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation analysis. The relationship is statistically significant at the 0.01 level. The research results were found as follows;
1. Empowering leadership of the Southern Region Institute of Vocational Education in Agriculture is at a high level overall.
2. The teamwork of teachers and education personnel of the Southern Region Institute of Vocational Education in Agriculture is at a high level overall.
3. The empowering leadership is significantly correlated with teamwork among teachers and education personnel of Southern Region Institute of Vocational Education in Agriculture at a statistically significant level 0.01.
The findings from this research are a guideline for educational administrators to utilize the research results for the development, promotion, and support of effective teamwork among teachers and academic staff in schools.
