Transformational Leadership of Administrators Affecting the School Effectiveness in School Under the Office of Chumphon Educational Service Are 2

Abstract
This research had the objectives to study 1) the level of transformational leadership of administrators in schools under the auspices of Chumphon educational service Are 2 2) the level of effectiveness of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of Chumphon educational service Are 2 3) transformational leadership of administrators affecting the effectiveness of schools under the auspices of Chumphon educational service Are 2. Using Samples consisted of 17 school administrators and 304 teachers a total of 321 participants. The study utilized questionnaires and the data was analyzed using frequency, Percentage (%), Mean (X̄), Standard Deviation (S.D.), Pearson Product Moment Correlation, and Stepwise.
The results of the study were as follows. The level of transformational leadership of administrators was at a high level overall and in each aspect. It was also found that the Inspirational aspect was at the highest level while intellectual and individual were at the lowest level;
The level of effectiveness of schools was at a high level with solving schools’ problems at the highest level and developing positive attitudes for the students and High academic achievement at the lowest level;3. The relationship between transformational leadership of administrators and the effectiveness of educational institutions was found to be positive with an average correlational inspiration at the highest level and intellectual at the lowest level. Effectiveness in the schools under the office of Chumphon Educational Service Area 2 at the. O1 level of significance. Transformational Leadership of Administrators with a predicting coefficient of 79.20.
