Participatory Management Effecting to Educational Quality the Creation Learning Society on Vocational Education Standards of Southern Region Institute of Vocational Education in Agriculture

Abstract
This article aimed to study (1) The participatory management (2) The educational quality of the creation learning society on vocational education standards and (3) The participatory management effecting to educational quality of the creation learning society on vocational education standards. Quantitative Research. The samples using in this research were 247 persons from the school administrators, teachers and personnel in Southern Region Institute of Vocational Education in Agriculture. It was calculated using Yamane's (1973) and formula using stratified random sampling. The study instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed into frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and creation of decreasing equation for prediction criterion variable by analysis of the multiple linear regression for forecasting the dependent variable by stepwise regression analysis Correlation at .05 level. The research results were found as follows;
- 1. For overall of the participatory management of Southern Region Institute of Vocational Education in Agriculture was in high level.
- 2. For overall of the educational quality the creation learning society on vocational education standards of Southern Region Institute of Vocational Education in Agriculture was in high level
- 3. For overall of the participatory management effecting to educational quality the creation learning society on vocational education standards were the aspect of Evaluation (X4), Implementation (X2), Benefits (X3) and as the aspect of Decision Making (X1) with multiple correlation at .985 and were on statistical significance at 0.01 level and were on prediction coefficient or prophecy at the percentage of 97.00 (R2=.970).
