4 Discrimination: Application Guidelines for Buddhist Propagation

Abstract
Developing a conceptual framework for developing a system of propagating Buddhism based on the principles of 4 Discrimination for the Sangha, consisting of (1) Discrimination of Meanings (2) Discrimination of Ideas (3) Discrimination of Language, and (4) Discrimination of Sagacity. The propagation of the Sangha requires the use of the principles of 4 Discrimination in order to reach the minds of the people in order to persuade people of all genders and ages to take a serious interest in Buddhism widely, so that people in the community, easy to access, beneficial to the propagation of Buddhism according to the four principles of 4 Discrimination for the Sangha.
