Competitive Advantage Model of Frozen Fruit Business for the Export of Thailand to the People’s Republic of China

Abstract
The People's Republic of China has continued to expand its economy under the policy of reform and opening up. The economy of the People's Republic of China has increased rapidly. This article is a research article with the objectives of 1) studying the causal factors that influence competitive advantage, 2) analyzing the role of the public sector in enhancing competitiveness, and 3) developing a competitive advantage model. competitive advantage of frozen fruit business for export of Thailand to the People's Republic of China The research design was a mixed research. The sample group for quantitative research was 495 entrepreneurs registered with the Department of Business Development and the sample group for qualitative research were entrepreneurs, export experts, academics or professors, totaling 15 people. Tools used There are 2 types of research which are 1) questionnaire 2) in-depth interview. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and linear least squares path structure. The results showed that
- The factor most influencing the competitive advantage of the frozen fruit business is the readiness of the frozen fruit business for export, followed by market focus and government role.
- The role of the government sector has a positive influence on infrastructure development. which is combined with the promotion of entrepreneurial networking.
- The competitive advantage of the frozen fruit business consists of the role of the government sector.
