Nakhon Pathom Model: Communication Innovation for Foreign Service Recipients in Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract

This article aimed 1) to develop innovative communication between the officials and foreign service recipients in the Hospital, Nakhon Pathom Province, 2) to convey innovative communication between official’s foreign service recipients in the labor room Community Hospital, Nakhon Pathom Province. This is Research and Development (R&D), population, namely Professional Nurses in Community Hospital, Nakhon Province, was obtained from a random sampling of 35 persons. Collected by Nakhon Pathom Model Tool Kits.

          The results of the research were as follows: 1) communication innovation between staff with foreign service recipients in Nakhon Pathom Province It is a set of tools developed to address communication problems between Burmese authorities and clients. In the labor room is Service recipients cannot communicate with the officials in Thai language. Therefore, affecting communication in various processes such as document preparation History taking or pregnancy information, etc. 2) The results of innovative communication between the officials and foreign service recipients in the labor room Community Hospital, Nakhon Pathom Province found that the Nakhon Pathom Model toolkit was able to support the efficiency of Professional Nurses in labor room with the highest and most satisfaction in the tool kit.
