Promoting the Use of Information Technology Systems for Budget Management of Rajaprajanugroh 22 school in Mae Hong Son Province

Abstract
This article aimed to study aimed at studying the use of information technology systems and guidelines for the promotion of the use of information technology systems for the budget management of Rajaprajanugroh 22 school in Mae Hong Son Province. The population and resources used in this study included 4 school administrators and 45 teachers of Rajaprajanugroh 22 school in Mae Hong Son Province in the academic year 2022, a total of 49 people. The tools used in the study was questionnaires. The data were collected via questionnaires, and analyzed using statistical methods of frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. The results of the study showed that. 1) used information technology systems for the management of the school budget, Overall, it was at a high level. The average from the highest to the lowest is internal audit, budget planning and procurement, activity cost calculation, asset management, financial reporting and performance, and financial management and budget control, respectively. 2) The guidelines to promote the use of information technology systems for budget management were that it should use information technology to analyze strategies, missions, education development plans, and annual action plans. It should analyze projects/activities, and calculate cost-effectiveness. It should prepare a classification registry and performance reports. It should prepare a report on disbursement data for a specified period. It should prepare all types of financial documents as a system. It should prepare a database and asset use regulations, and should prepare a plan to supervise, monitor, risks and report on performance.
