The Development of New Normal Learning Management Model to Raise Learner Quality of Schools in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox

Abstract

This research was a research and development research. It was divided into four stages. Stage 1 was studying current conditions and problems. The sample group of this stage was 644 teachers, students, parents, and the basic education commission. Stage 2 was developing the new normal learning management model. The informants were 45 education executives, schools administrators, and academic teachers of schools in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox. Stage 3 was trying out the new normal learning management model. The sample of this group were 1,207 administrators, teachers, and students of Tessaban 3 (Banbo). Stage 4 was assessing the satisfaction of people involving with new normal learning management model to raise learner quality in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox. The sample was 644 teachers, students, parents, and the basic education commission. 

The findings were as follows:

1. The condition on new normal learning management in overall was at a medium level and the problems on new normal learning management in overall was at a high level.

2. The new normal learning management model to raise learner quality in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox consisted of 5 components. They were principle, objective, learning management strategy, guideline for assessment, and condition of applying the model.

3. The efficiency of the new normal learning management after using the new normal learning management model to raise learner quality in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox in the academic year 2022 in overall and each individual aspect was at a high level.

4. The satisfaction of people involving with new normal learning management model to raise learner quality in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox in overall was at a high level.
