Quality of Working Life and Organization Effectiveness: A Case Study of Community Development Chachoengsao Provincial Office

Abstract

This independent study have the purposes of this study were 1. To examine the quality of working life of the personnel in Community Development Chachoengsao Provincial Office 2. To examine the Effectiveness of Community Development Chachoengsao Provincial Office and 3. to examine the relationship between Quality Of Working Life and Organization Effectiveness of Community Development Chachoengsao Provincial Office. The population is 65 personnel in Community Development Chachoengsao Provincial Office. This survey study used questionnaires as the data gathering instrument. The statistics used for the data analysis comprising frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, pearson’s product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis at the statistical significant level of 0.05

The result of hypothesis testing showed that quality of qorking life consist of Relationship with colleagues, Opportunities for progress and stability in work,  and Fair and sufficient compensation influence to the organization effectiveness of Community Development Chachoengsao Provincial Office at the statistical significant level of 0.05
