Security of the Food Chain following Sufficiency Agriculture Practices with the Adaptation of Life in the Situation of the COVID-19 Epidemic

Abstract
The purpose of this article was to study the approaches for security of the food chain following sufficiency agriculture practices with the adaptation of life in the situation of the COVID-19 epidemic in the demonstration of agricultural area at Chalermphrakiat District, Buriram Province. Data were collected from documents, research papers, practice in the original land areas. Observation and interview were used and proposed in descriptive academic writing. Results of the study showed that under difficult circumstances in terms of food and a vaccine to treat the COVID-19, food is a key factor in human survival. The sufficiency agricultural model is the solution for building food production sources to build the stability of the food chain, and to cope with the coronavirus situation. There will not reduce for the number of COVID-19 infection and the economic stagnation and economic recession in the organization for at least 1-3 years, in which the use of experimental research using land construction in the same land is considered as a method of food production and the food chain to serve family members and in the community. It will also serve as a model for other communities to use the land for food production during the situation of the COVID-19 epidemic, and have a sustainable community-based food production.
