Abstract

Educational administration is a very important task in developing educational resources to be efficient and effective in the field of education, as well as to have a complete body, mind, intelligence, knowledge, along with moral, ethical and cultural practices. Living and able to live happily with others. For this article, we present the principles of educational administration according to the Buddhist principles of the Border Patrol Police School. By applying principles that are important to educational administration to assist in educational administration Both self-management, people management, and work management are based on principles to create incentives in performance. The most important principle in self-administration or self-control is the 7 (being the person who knows reason, knows the effect, knows himself, approximates, knows the time, knows the community, and knows the person), and the 5 principle is the principle that helps to make the work. It can be accomplished in 5 ways: (Sattaviriya, Mindfulness and Wisdom). Managing people or dominating people is fair that is a force in managing people. It is the most important virtue in the domination of people, namely, the four principles of the Dharma (Panya, Wiriyapala, Anawat, and Sangkhapha) and the final principles that are important and appropriate in the administration or occupation. It is the 4 pillars of success. This principle is the virtue that promotes success in work. It consists of (Chanthaviriya, Chitta and Wimangsa).
