An Application of the Principles of Papanikadhamma to Develop the Leadership of The Administrators of Rua Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Mueang District, Suphanburi Province

Abstract

This article aims to 1) study the level of leadership development of the administrators of Rua Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Mueang Suphan Buri District, Suphan Buri Province, 2) study the relationship between the principle of Dutiya Papanika Dhamma and the leadership development of the administrators of Rua Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Mueang Suphan Buri District, Suphan Buri Province, and 3) to propose a guideline for applying the principle of Papanikadhamma to the leadership development of the administrators of Rua Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Mueang Suphan Buri District, Suphan Buri Province. The research design is a mixed-methods qualitative and quantitative research. The research results found that: 1. The level of leadership development of the administrators of Rua Yai Subdistrict Municipality was at a moderate level overall. 2.The relationship between the principles of Papanikadhamma and the leadership of the administrators of Rua Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Mueang District, Suphan Buri Province, was at a very low level of positive relationship overall. 3. The guidelines for applying the principles of Papanika Dhamma in leadership development of the administrators of Rua Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Mueang District, Suphan Buri Province are as follows: 1) Chakkhuma, 2) Vidhuro, and 3) Nissayasampanno.
