Conflict Communication Tools in The Thai Public Health Service System by Buddhist Peaceful Means of Samphran Hospital, Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract
This article aimed to analyze Buddhist principles that facilitate the development of communication tools to manage conflicts in the Thai public health service system at Sampran Hospital, Nakhon Pathom Province. The research format is qualitative research. Using the Noble Truths Model concept as the research framework, the research area is Samphran Hospital, Nakhon Pathom Province. key informants were 15 namely; Monks, Doctors, Nurses, Officials using the purposive selection method. The research tools used were in-depth interview guides. and participant and non-participant observation. The results of the research are presented in the form of content analysis and then written descriptive narratives. The research results found that Buddhist peace methods that are integrated in conflict management include the Four Noble Truths, the Ten Kathavatthus, and Yonisomanasikara. Integrated into the delivery room work context in this context is the misunderstood communication between staff and foreign service recipients. Sometimes it can lead to complications in giving birth. To be used to inform service recipients about their condition. Respect the rules and act according to the staff's instructions in providing information to service recipients about birth information and correct behavior during each stage of birth. To reach a safe birth.
