The Participatory Management Effecting to Educational Quality the Creation Learning Society on Vocational Education Standards of Southern Region Institute of Vocational Education in Agriculture

Abstract
This article aimed to study 1) The managerial skills of school administrators 2) The high-performance organization and 3) The managerial skills of school administrators affecting the high-performance organization of the Southern Region Institute of Vocational Education in Agriculture. Quantitative Research. The samples used in this research were 247 persons from the school administrators, teachers, and personnel in the Southern Region Institute of Vocational Education in Agriculture. The study instrument was a questionnaire, with a reliability value of 0.99. The data were analyzed into frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and the creation of a decreasing equation for the prediction criterion variable by analysis of the multiple linear regression for forecasting the dependent variable by stepwise regression analysis Correlation at .05 level. The research results were found as follows;
1. Overall, the managerial skills of the Southern Region Institute of Vocational Education in Agriculture school administrator were high.
2. Overall the high-performance organization of the Southern Region Institute of Vocational Education in Agriculture was in a high level.
3. Overall the managerial skills of school administrators affecting the high-performance organization of the Southern Region Institute of Vocational Education in Agriculture were the aspect of diagnostic skills (X4) and the aspect of conceptual skills (X3) with multiple correlation at .856 and were on statistic significance at 0.01 level and were on prediction coefficient or prophecy at the percentage of 73.30 (R2=.733).
