Asset Quality Analysis Affects Operational Efficiency of Financial Business in the Stock Exchange of Thailand

Abstract

This article aimed 1) to study asset quality of financial business. and 2) to study the impact of asset quality on financial business performance. in the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the research model is quantitative research. The research area is the financial industry group. In the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the population is the financial sector. From secondary data of 41 companies, an example is the category of financial business. presenting financial information of 31 companies using purposive selection method by choosing a financial business the research tools were financial reports and Form 56-1. Quantitative data were analyzed by basic statistics. and reference statistics were analyzed for multiple regression coefficients. The results showed that: -

1. Results from Objective 1 Research Asset growth rate average 13.1939 Total asset turnover ratio average 0.7940 Equity ratio average 2.2261 Debt to asset ratio (DR) average 59.0689 and Liquid Asset Ratio average 5.9908.

2. At the significance level of 0.05, it was found that asset quality, i.e., asset turnover ratio, was related to operational efficiency. In terms of asset utilization, liquid asset ratio correlates with operating efficiency. Profitability and liquid assets ratio are closely related to operational efficiency. Return on Equity.
