Participation in the Management of Child Development Centers under Local Government Organization in Nan Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1. To study the participation in the management of child development centers. Under the local government organization, Nan Province, and    2. to study ways to promote participation In the management of the Child Development Center under the local administration organization of Nan Province Study population Including the management of the Child Development Center young child care teacher and the Child Development Center Committee under 99 local administrative organizations in Nan Province,   a total of 2,018 people. The sample group was 327 people determined from the table. of Craigie and Morgan, The tools used in the study were questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and content analysis.

The results of the research revealed that the overall participation in the management of the child development center under the local administration organization in Nan Province was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that they were at a high level in all aspects. Sort the averages as follows: in the implementation of the plan planning, supervision, monitoring, evaluation and reporting and preparation.

To match the work with the participation of all parties in the implementation of the plan.
