Abstract
“Seven Basic Principles in Practice for Maximizing the Legal Protection” is developed from searching for guideline of easily legal understanding. They are available for the architects and people who have less understanding of law sustainable to get them for practical way of their lives. Except for protection themselves from taking advantage or violating their personal lives; they can also prosecute that infringement. These principles include “Right intention in naturally good faith acting to gain the right return fairly with the supported evidence by studying all related laws”. They are exemplified into two groups of case studies in which we can see generally as professional group and general group. Consideration from many case studies helps the readers to understand a way of seven basic principles’ application. Especially, the readers study this article according to consideration all footnotes of related laws.
