JARS Welcomes a New Associate Editor-in-Chief!

We are thrilled to announce that Associate Professor Dr. Nij Tontisirin has joined JARS as our new Associate Editor-in-Chief. Her expertise and dedication will undoubtedly contribute to the continued growth and success of our journal.

Dr. Nij Tontisirin is an Associate Professor of Urban Planning and Chair of the Program in Urban Environmental Planning and Development at Thammasat University’s Faculty of Architecture and Planning. Her academic specialties include regional science, urban and regional economics, infrastructure development, land use changes, and climate risk assessment. Her work focuses on Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor, bridging academia and practice to inform policy development and urban planning.

We look forward to the invaluable insights and leadership Dr. Nij brings to JARS!
