อิทธิพลของความฉลาดทางปัญญาประดิษฐ์ที่มีต่อความสามารถในการปรับตัวและผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในยุคดิจิทัล

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของความฉลาดทางปัญญาประดิษฐ์ที่มีต่อความสามารถในการปรับตัวและผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในยุคดิจิทัล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพนักงานในองค์กรธุรกิจภาคเอกชนในประเทศไทย จำนวน 400 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้าง (SEM)


          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับความฉลาดทางปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ความสามารถในการปรับตัว และผลการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วย SEM แสดงให้เห็นว่า ความฉลาดทางปัญญาประดิษฐ์มีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อความสามารถในการปรับตัวของพนักงาน (β = 0.54, p < 0.001) และผลการปฏิบัติงาน (β = 0.35, p < 0.001) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ นอกจากนี้ ความสามารถในการปรับตัวของพนักงานยังมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อผลการปฏิบัติงาน (β = 0.42, p < 0.001) และผลการวิเคราะห์ยังยืนยันว่า ความสามารถในการปรับตัวของพนักงานทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแปรคั่นกลางแบบบางส่วนในความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความฉลาดทางปัญญาประดิษฐ์และผลการปฏิบัติงาน (β = 0.227, p < 0.001)


          องค์ความรู้จากการศึกษานี้สนับสนุนทฤษฎีข้อเรียกร้องและทรัพยากรในการทำงาน (JD-R) โดยชี้ให้เห็นว่า ความฉลาดทางปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI Literacy) เป็นทรัพยากรส่วนบุคคลที่สำคัญ ซึ่งช่วยให้พนักงานสามารถปรับตัวรับมือกับความท้าทายทางเทคโนโลยี และนำไปสู่การยกระดับผลการปฏิบัติงาน องค์กรจึงควรให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม AI Literacy ที่ครอบคลุมทั้งมิติการใช้งาน การประเมิน และจริยธรรม ควบคู่ไปกับการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่ส่งเสริมความยืดหยุ่นและการปรับตัว
