บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพพื้นที่ท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ กรณีบ่อน้ำพุร้อนเค็มคลองท่อม จังหวัดกระบี่ 2) ศึกษาการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อความยั่งยืน และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการเพื่อความยั่งยืน โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ ภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชน รวม 15 ราย โดยใช้การเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ด้านสภาพพื้นที่บ่อน้ำพุร้อนเค็มคลองท่อม มีศักยภาพสูงในการพัฒนาเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ เนื่องจากมีทรัพยากรธรรมชาติที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ เชื่อมโยงกับการบำบัดสุขภาพและเป็นฐานรายได้แก่ชุมชน แม้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกยังต้องพัฒนาเพิ่มเติม ภาครัฐมีบทบาทด้านมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย ส่วนเอกชนสนับสนุนด้านบริการ ฝึกอบรม และการตลาดร่วมกับชุมชน ด้านการจัดการ ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมตั้งคณะกรรมการบริหาร จัดทำกฎระเบียบ และอบรมมัคคุเทศก์ท้องถิ่น ภาครัฐและเอกชนพัฒนาการเชื่อมโยงเส้นทางท่องเที่ยว ส่งเสริมการตลาดเชิงสุขภาพและสร้างเวทีความร่วมมือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ชุมชนมีบทบาทเชิงปฏิบัติ แบ่งหน้าที่ชัดเจน ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐทั้งด้านความรู้และงบประมาณ แม้กระบวนการตัดสินใจบางส่วนยังขึ้นอยู่กับภาครัฐ และการแบ่งปันผลประโยชน์ยังไม่ทั่วถึง
