บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (2) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน (3) เปรียบเทียบตัวแปรทั้งสองจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (4) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และ (5) ศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 1 เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครู 328 คน สุ่มแบบตามสะดวก และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญคือผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 5 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.774 และแบบสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test, One-Way ANOVA, LSD และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอนผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) การเปรียบเทียบตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นการมีส่วนร่วมด้านการดำเนินงานจำแนกตามอายุ มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (4) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ด้านการมีความยืดหยุ่นและด้านการมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สามารถร่วมพยากรณ์การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนได้ร้อยละ 17.30 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (5) แนวทางพัฒนาควรมุ่งเน้นการปรับชุดความคิดและสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกับชุมชน ประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ และส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตเพื่อปรับตัวให้เท่าทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง
