การพัฒนา Reward-Based Health Behavior Model เพื่อลดภาวะอ้วนลงพุงของประชากรวัยทำงาน

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนา Reward-Based Health Behavior Model ลดภาวะอ้วนลงพุงของประชากรวัยทำงาน และศึกษาประสิทธิผลก่อนและหลังการใช้ Reward-Based Health Behavior Model การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง เครื่องมือที่ใช้การวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) Reward-Based Health Behavior Model 2) แบบทดสอบความรู้ด้านโภชนาการและการออกกำลังกาย และ 3) แบบบันทึกองค์ประกอบของร่างกาย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนด้านความรู้ ค่าเฉลี่ยองค์ประกอบของร่างกายของกลุ่มตัวอย่างก่อนและหลังการทดลอง โดยการทดสอบทีแบบคู่ (paired-sample t-test) และปัจจัยส่งผลต่อการลดน้ำหนักด้วยการทดสอบไคสแควร์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) Reward-Based Health Behavior Model เป็นรูปแบบหรือแนวทางการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น โดยใช้กลไกการให้รางวัลเป็นแรงกระตุ้นในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของบุคคล เพื่อส่งเสริมให้เกิดการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมที่เหมาะสมอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยมุ่งเน้นการปรับพฤติกรรมด้านโภชนาการและการออกกำลังกาย ช่วยลดการสะสมไขมันบริเวณช่องท้องและลดภาวะอ้วนลงพุงในประชากรวัยทำงาน 2) ประสิทธิผลหลังการใช้ Reward-Based Health Behavior Model สรุปได้ดังนี้ 2.1 ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้ด้านโภชนาการและการออกกำลังกาย หลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง และ 2.2 ค่าเฉลี่ยดัชนีมวลกายและรอบเอวหลังการทดลองต่ำ
กว่าก่อนการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สรุปได้ว่าหลังการใช้ Reward-Based Health Behavior Model ทำให้ช่วยลดภาวะอ้วนลงพุงได้ นอกจากนี้วิเคราะห์ผลความสัมพันธ์ด้วย Chi-Square พบว่า เพศไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้ด้านโภชนาการและการออกกำลังกาย และน้ำหนักที่ลดลง
