การพัฒนาโปรแกรมออนไลน์การใช้เวลาว่างเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของนักศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การใช้เวลาว่างอย่างเหมาะสมมีความสำคัญต่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะและคุณภาพชีวิตของนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษา โดยเฉพาะในบริบทสังคมดิจิทัลที่นักศึกษาต้องบริหารเวลา การเรียน ความเครียด และการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการการใช้เวลาว่างของนักศึกษา 2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมออนไลน์การใช้เวลาว่างเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิต และ 3) ประเมินผลการใช้โปรแกรมออนไลน์ดังกล่าว การวิจัยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างระยะสำรวจคือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 2–4 จำนวน 400 คน คัดเลือกด้วยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่มตามภูมิภาค กลุ่มทดลองคือ นักศึกษา 30 คน คัดเลือกตามความสมัครใจและความสามารถในการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมครบ 5 สัปดาห์ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพคือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านนันทนาการ การท่องเที่ยว และกีฬา จำนวน 6 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ และแบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิต WHOQOL-BREF-THAI โดยมีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .84 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการทดสอบค่าทีแบบกลุ่มสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษามีความต้องการกิจกรรมการใช้เวลาว่างในระดับมาก โดยกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือกิจกรรมนันทนาการและกีฬา โปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นชื่อ RTSM THE PROGRAM ตามโมเดล RTSM P+SINE หลังใช้โปรแกรม นักศึกษามีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลวิจัยเสนอให้สถาบันอุดมศึกษานำโปรแกรมไปประยุกต์ใช้เป็นกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรเพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้เวลาว่างเชิงสร้างสรรค์และคุณภาพชีวิตของนักศึกษา
