บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายถึงวัฒนธรรมองค์กร รวมไปถึงทิศทางการขับเคลื่อนวัฒนธรรมองค์กรเพื่อความหลากหลายและเท่าเทียมในโรงแรมเครือข่ายนานาชาติในประเทศไทย การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการบูรณาการแนวคิด ทฤษฎี และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวัฒนธรรมองค์กร การจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ความเท่าเทียม ความหลากหลาย การเปลี่ยนแปลงองค์กร และธุรกิจโรงแรมเครือข่ายนานาชาติ เพื่อนำองค์ความรู้ที่ได้มาพัฒนาและดำเนินการปรับใช้เพื่อสร้างกลยุทธ์ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลให้เกิดความเหมาะสมกับบุคลากรในธุรกิจโรงแรมเพื่อรองรับสังคมที่เต็มไปด้วยความหลากหลายและเท่าเทียม ข้อค้นพบเกี่ยวกับ วัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่มุ่งเน้นความหลากหลายและความเท่าเทียมเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการสร้างความรู้สึกเป็นส่วนหนึ่งขององค์กร ลดการเลือกปฏิบัติ และส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของบุคลากร โรงแรมควรนำนโยบายความหลากหลายและความเท่าเทียมมาบูรณาการกับกลยุทธ์ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ผ่านการสร้างระบบสนับสนุนที่ยืดหยุ่น การฝึกอบรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง และการยึดถือมาตรฐานทางจริยธรรมขององค์กร
