บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาวะพฤติการณ์เสี่ยง รูปแบบอาชญากรรม วิเคราะห์เชิงอาชญาวิทยา และเสนอแนวทางป้องกันอาชญากรรมที่เกิดจากการใช้แอปพลิเคชันหาคู่ในกลุ่มบุคคลหลากหลายทางเพศ (LGBTQ+) โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบจากข้อมูลทุติยภูมิระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2563–2567 ร่วมกับสามกรอบทฤษฎี ได้แก่ ทฤษฎีความกดดันทั่วไป ทฤษฎีกระบวนการทางสังคม และแนวคิดการออกแบบสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อป้องกันอาชญากรรม (CPTED) ผลการศึกษาพบพฤติการณ์เสี่ยงที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ โรคติดต่อร้ายแรงประเภทภูมิคุ้มกันบกพร่อง (HIV) พฤติกรรมเสพติดกามารมณ์ การใช้สารเสพติดร่วมกับการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ (Chemsex) อาการปวดต้นคอจากการใช้งานเป็นเวลานาน และภาวะล้าทางสายตา ส่วนอาชญากรรมที่พบจำแนกเป็นการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็กและเยาวชน การประทุษร้ายต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน เครือข่ายยาเสพติดออนไลน์ การค้าประเวณีและแพลตฟอร์มบริการทางเพศแฝง และอาชญากรรมในพื้นที่สาธารณะ การวิเคราะห์ชี้ว่าพฤติกรรมเบี่ยงเบนเหล่านี้มีรากฐานมาจากความเครียดระดับจุลภาค อิทธิพลของกลุ่มเพื่อน และการขาดผู้คุ้มครองที่มีประสิทธิภาพในพื้นที่นัดพบ บทความจึงเสนอแนวทางป้องกันเชิงบูรณาการสี่ระดับ ได้แก่ ระดับบุคคล ครอบครัว สังคมและชุมชน และภาครัฐ เพื่อสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมดิจิทัลที่ปลอดภัยและคุ้มครองศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ของกลุ่มบุคคลหลากหลายทางเพศ (LGBTQ+)ในสังคมไทยอย่างยั่งยืน
