บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การการปฏิบัติงาน ของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 348 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ สถิติที และสถิติเอฟ โดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่างจึงทำการทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ คือ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาเขต 3 จำนวน 9 คน โดยวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก กลาง ใหญ่ สถานศึกษาละ 3 คน เครื่องมือรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามอายุของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่าโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล และด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (3) แนวทางการส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง คุณลักษณะที่เด่นชัดคือ การส่งเสริมด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา ควรกระตุ้นการพัฒนาโดยการเข้าใจศักยภาพ ให้คำชม รางวัล และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาตนเอง พร้อมใช้การประชุมแบ่งงานชัดเจน ติดตามผล และส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้แบบชุมชนวิชาชีพ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน
