บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ เมื่อจำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 จำนวน 336 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางของ เครซซี่ และมอร์แกน และสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น และสุ่มตัวอย่างตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และพบความแตกต่างจะตรวจสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเปียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ เมื่อจำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับมาก (r = .977**)
