บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการดำเนินการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการสอน 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ใช้ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ 0.988 และสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการดำเนินการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการสำรวจและวิเคราะห์ปัญหา 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา พบว่า ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน และผลการเปรียบเทียบตามประสบการณ์ในการสอน พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการสำรวจและวิเคราะห์ปัญหา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ควรให้ความสำคัญกับการสังเกตผู้เรียนและเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ปัญหา จัดทำแผน วางแผนแก้ปัญหาที่เหมาะสม นำไปทดลองใช้ในห้องเรียน บันทึกผล สรุปผลและปรับปรุงแนวทางการสอนอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนอย่างยั่งยืน
