บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาความพร้อมด้านที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้สูงวัยในตำบลหน้าไม้ 2) ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ การเตรียมความพร้อมด้านที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้สูงวัย 3) จัดตั้งกลุ่มการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้สูงวัยในตำบลหน้าไม้ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ SWOT Analysis SOAR Analysis และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัญหา และความต้องการ พบว่า จุดแข็ง: แกนนำชุมชนเข้มแข็ง ผู้สูงวัยสามารถช่วยเหลือตัวเองได้ และมีความมั่นคงด้านเศรษฐกิจ จุดอ่อน: คนในชุมชนยังขาดความรู้เรื่องการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้สูงวัย โอกาส: มีทั้งหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกที่พร้อมเข้ามาสนับสนุน อุปสรรค: แผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของอบต. ให้การส่งเสริมน้อยในเรื่องการพัฒนาความรู้เพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงวัย และแรงบันดาลใจ: ชุมชนต้องการเพิ่มพูนความรู้ให้ผู้สูงวัยมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี และมีความปลอดภัยด้านที่อยู่อาศัย 2) การส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ โดยผู้วิจัยได้สร้างสื่อการเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบของสื่อวิดีทัศน์ และหนังสือคู่มือ รวมทั้งจัดอบรมให้ความรู้เรื่องความปลอดภัยในที่อยู่อาศัยที่เหมาะสมกับผู้สูงวัย และ 3) เกิดกลุ่มที่ขับเคลื่อนเรื่องการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัยผู้สูงวัย ได้แก่ แกนนำชุมชน อบต. รพ.สต. และมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ จากข้อมูล องค์ความรู้ดังกล่าวหน่วยงานท้องถิ่นสามารถนำไปเผยแพร่และต่อยอดเป็นแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นต่อไปได้
