บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) เปรียบเทียบการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาทำงานเป็นทีมของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 337 คน ซึ่งได้จากตารางเทียบกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสังคมศาสตร์ โดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้สถิติที และสถิติเอฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การทำงานเป็นทีมของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. การเปรียบเทียบการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และจำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่ต่างกัน และ 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูผู้สอน พบว่า การกำหนดเป้าหมายของทีมและรายบุคคลให้เหมาะสมกับทักษะและความสามารถ การสื่อสารที่สร้างความเข้าใจในทีม ให้ทุกคนแสดงความคิดเห็นอย่างตรงไปตรงมา การมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในทีม มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมที่สถานศึกษาจัดขึ้น ช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน และการสร้างความไว้วางใจ ไม่มุ่งร้ายและมีเมตตาต่อกัน ช่วยเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจกันและเกิดความเชื่อมั่นในทีม และทำให้การทำงานเป็นทีมมีประสิทธิภาพ
