การตัดสินใจในการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ปี 2566

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจ และ 2) วิเคราะห์การประเมินนโยบายพรรคการเมืองที่ประชาชนนำมาใช้ในการตัดสินใจเลือกตั้ง สส. ปี 2566 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากร คือ ผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งทั่วประเทศ สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม จำนวน 600 คน จากสูตร Taro Yamane เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเส้นตรงพหุคูณ, การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และ Scheffe’ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้สมัคร สส. ปี 2566 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ คือ “เพศ” มีอิทธิพลต่อ “ความสัมพันธ์กับผู้สมัคร” “อายุ” มีอิทธิพลต่อ “ผลประโยชน์หรือผลตอบแทนที่ได้รับ” “การศึกษา” มีอิทธิพลต่อ “คุณสมบัติส่วนบุคคลผู้สมัคร” “คุณสมบัติส่วนบุคคลผู้นำพรรค” “นโยบายและผลงานที่ผ่านมาของพรรคที่สังกัด” “ผลประโยชน์หรือผลตอบแทนที่ได้รับ” “รายได้” มีอิทธิพลต่อ “นโยบายและผลงานที่ผ่านมาของพรรคที่สังกัด” นอกนั้น (กลุ่มอาชีพและศาสนา) ไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อตัวแปรตามอย่าง มีนัยสำคัญ 2) การวิเคราะห์การประเมินนโยบายพรรคการเมืองที่ประชาชนนำมาใช้ในการตัดสินใจเลือก สส. ปี 2566 (พรรคเพื่อไทย) พบว่า ตัวแปร “อายุ” มีอิทธิพลต่อการประเมินนโยบายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญมากที่สุด 10 ด้าน รองลงมา คือ รายได้ และ ศาสนา ตัวแปรละ 3 ด้าน นอกนั้น (เพศ การศึกษา กลุ่มอาชีพ) ไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อการประเมินนโยบายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 3) การวิเคราะห์การประเมินนโยบายพรรคการเมืองที่ประชาชนนำมาใช้ในการตัดสินใจเลือก สส. ปี 2566 (พรรคก้าวไกล) พบว่า ตัวแปร “อายุ” มีอิทธิพลต่อการประเมินนโยบายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญมากที่สุด 11 ด้าน รองลงมา คือ การศึกษา และรายได้ จำนวน 3 และ 1 ด้าน นอกนั้น (เพศ กลุ่มอาชีพ ศาสนา) ไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อการประเมินนโยบายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
