วิเคราะห์มุมมองเกี่ยวกับปรากฏการณ์ทางสังคมเรื่องงานบวช 100 ล้าน ตามหลักพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงเอกสารมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์มุมมองเกี่ยวกับปรากฏการณ์ทางสังคมเรื่องงานบวช 100 ล้าน ตามหลักพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท ในด้าน 1) จุดประสงค์ของผู้บวช 2) การจัดงานพิธีบวช 3) เป้าหมายการบวช และ 4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเด็นทั้ง 3 ข้างต้น ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ด้านจุดประสงค์ของผู้บวช ถือว่าผู้บวชมีความตั้งใจบวชเพื่อตอบแทนบุญคุณบิดามารดา จัดเป็นจุดประสงค์รองที่ต้องทำจุดประสงค์หลักให้สำเร็จก่อน วัตถุประสงค์รองจึงจะสำเร็จได้ ส่วนด้านการจัดงานพิธีบวช ถือว่างานพิธีบวชนี้เป็นงานใหญ่โต แม้จะเหมาะสมกับฐานะผู้บวชและครอบครัวก็ตาม แต่มีข้อเสียอย่างหนึ่งคือมีอบายมุขเกี่ยวข้องในงาน สำหรับด้านเป้าหมายของการบวช ถือว่าผู้บวชเข้าถึงเป้าหมายขั้นต้นระดับกามสุข คือ ปฏิบัติตนตามพระธรรมวินัยและไม่มีการประพฤติเสียหายในขณะเป็นพระภิกษุ และด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างจุดประสงค์ของผู้บวช การจัดงานพิธีบวช และเป้าหมายการบวช จัดเป็นความสัมพันธ์แบบ “A2B3C1” คือ ผู้บวชมีจุดประสงค์รอง คือ บวชเพื่อบิดามารดา (A2) ตอนบวชมีจัดงานพิธีใหญ่โต (B3) เมื่อบวชเป็นพระภิกษุแล้วก็ตั้งใจฝึกหัดขัดเกลาตนเอง หรืออย่างน้อยไม่ทำความเสื่อมเสียใด ๆ ในขณะบวช ย่อมถือว่าบรรลุเป้าหมายขั้นต้นระดับกามสุข คือ การเป็นพระภิกษุที่ดีดำรงตนอยู่ในพระธรรมวินัย (C1)
