บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหาและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนแบบมีส่วนร่วมฯ 2) พัฒนากลยุทธ์ การพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนแบบมีส่วนร่วมฯ และ3) ประเมินกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนแบบมีส่วนร่วมฯ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และแบบประเมินกลยุทธ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ด้านสภาพการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนแบบมีส่วนร่วม พบว่าคณะกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมคิดวางแผนในการดำเนินงานโดยจัดตั้งคณะทำงาน ด้านปัญหา พบว่าผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมไม่ครบถ้วน การเสนอความคิดในการวางแผนไม่ครอบคลุม ด้านปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง พบว่าบุคลากรมีความรู้ความสามารถในการร่วมปฏิบัติกิจกรรม และใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริหารจัดการได้ดี 2) กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนแบบมีส่วนร่วมในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานฯ ประกอบด้วย (1) เพิ่มขีดสมรรถนะของผู้บริหาร ครู และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา (2) ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพระบบบริหารจัด การชั้นเรียนแบบมีส่วนร่วม (3) ยกระดับเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน (4) พัฒนาการจัดบรรยากาศและสภาพแวดล้อม (5) พัฒนาระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบมีส่วนร่วม (6) ยกระดับการเสริมสร้างวินัยเชิงบวกแบบมีส่วนร่วมอย่างยั่งยืนสำหรับผู้เรียนพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ พฤติกรรม และทำตามระเบียบหรือข้อบังคับต่าง ๆ และ 3) ผลการประเมินกลยุทธ์ ฯ พบว่า มีความสอดคล้อง ความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมาก
