การควบคุมภายในที่มีผลกระทบต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ของคณะบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการควบคุมภายในที่มีผลกระทบต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของอาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ คณะบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ ของคณะบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี มีจำนวนประชากร 30 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การควบคุมภายในของคณะบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านกิจกรรมการควบคุม ด้านการประเมินความเสี่ยง ด้านสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการควบคุม และด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล ส่วนประสิทธิ ภาพการปฏิบัติงานของอาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านคุณภาพของงานและความรวดเร็วในการปฏิบัติงาน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านกระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านค่าใช้จ่าย การควบคุมภายในที่มีผลกระทบต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า การควบคุมภายในมีผลกระทบเชิงบวกทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการควบคุม ด้านการประเมินความเสี่ยง ด้านกิจกรรมการควบคุม ด้านสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร และการติดตามประเมินผล มีผลกระทบต่อกัน และสามารถร่วมพยากรณ์ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของอาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่คณะบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี ได้ร้อยละ 91.00 และมีค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานในการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ 0.190 โดยมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
