แนวทางการพัฒนาพื้นที่นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพพื้นที่นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษานำร่อง 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ความรู้การพัฒนาพื้นที่นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาพื้นที่นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสนทนากลุ่ม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิตเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พื้นที่นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษานำร่อง มีขั้นตอนการสร้าง โดยกำหนดแนวทางการปฏิบัติทั้ง 6 ขั้น คือ (1) กำหนดนวัตกรรม (2) สร้างนวัตกรรมและพัฒนานวัตกรรม (3) การหาประสิทธิภาพของนวัตกรรมการศึกษา (4) ขั้นตอนนำนวัตกรรมไปทดลองใช้ (5) นำไปใช้ในสถานการณ์จริง และ (6) ประเมินผลการใช้นวัตกรรม 2) องค์ความรู้การพัฒนาพื้นที่นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา พบ Model : 6744-Model ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ 6 ประการ การมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่าย มี 7 กระบวนการ 3) การพัฒนาพื้นที่นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา พบว่า ต้องอาศัยองค์ประกอบที่มุ่งเน้นการเพิ่มผลสัมฤทธิ์และการลดความเหลื่อมล้ำด้านการศึกษา ดังนั้นพื้นที่นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาวิถีพุทธ จึงประกอบด้วย 1) กิจกรรมวิถีพุทธพอเพียงใช้น้ำอย่างคุ้มค่าและวิถีเกษตรยั่งยืน 2) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิถีพุทธ 3) กิจกรรมเดินด้วยเท้า ก้าวไปในบุญ และ 4) กิจกรรมการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้วิถีพุทธ โดยการสร้างเครือข่ายและความร่วมมือในการเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น
