การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรเพื่อดูแลสุขภาพมารดาหลังคลอด

บทคัดย่อ
มารดาหลังคลอดมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางด้านร่างกาย ตั้งแต่เริ่มตั้งครรภ์จนถึงคลอด ทำให้ร่างกายมีการปรับตัว หลังคลอดจะพบปัญหาเรื่องน้ำคาวปลา การอักเสบ และการปวดบวมของท้อง การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรเพื่อดูแลสุขภาพมารดาหลังคลอด มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปของสมุนไพรดูแลสุขภาพมารดาหลังคลอด 2) พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรดูแลสุขภาพมารดาหลังคลอด การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ การศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปและการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพร สถิติที่ใช้เชิงบรรยาย และผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) การศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไป สมุนไพรตำรับยานึ่งท้องยุบทั้ง 7 ชนิด คือ สารส้ม ดินประสิว พริกไทย กระเทียม ใบระกา ดีปลี และไพล ทั้งหมดมีสรรพคุณ ลดปวด ต้านและลดการอักเสบ สมานแผล และเพิ่มการไหลเวียนเลือด
2) การเตรียมสมุนไพร ใช้ตัวทำละลายเอทานอล 95% ได้สารสกัดมีลักษณะเป็นของเหลวหนืดข้น สีเขียวเข้ม มี pH เท่ากับ 5.6 ± 0.1 ค่าร้อยละของผลได้ค่าเท่ากับ 20.69 ± 0.01 (n=1)
3) การศึกษาความคงสภาพของสารสกัดที่ดี ควรเก็บในตู้เย็นที่อุณหภูมิ 4°C เก็บได้นานกว่า 1 เดือน ซึ่งจะทำให้สีและกลิ่นไม่เปลี่ยนแปลง
4) ผลการประเมินลักษณะทางกายภาพ เนื้อครีมเนียนดี สีเขียวอ่อน ความหนืดปานกลาง และมีค่า pH อยู่ในช่วง 5 ถึง 6 ส่วนตำรับเจล เนื้อเจลกระจายตัวดี ไม่มีฟอง มีสีใส ความหนืดปานกลาง ซึมเร็ว และมี pH อยู่ในช่วง 5 ถึง 6
5) ประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้ครีมและเจล ด้านสี กลิ่น ความหนืด เนื้อครีม การซึมเข้าสู่ผิว อยู่ในระดับมาก
