รูปแบบภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองเชิงพุทธเพื่อแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งทางการเมือง

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองไทย และ 2) เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองเชิงพุทธในการแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งทางการเมือง ใช้รูปแบบวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือ นักวิชาการ นักการเมือง และประชาชน ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจำนวน 18 คน โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเนื้อหา ด้วยเทคนิคเดลฟาย และการจัดสนทนากลุ่มย่อย วิเคราะห์และนำเสนอผลแบบเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) ปัญหาความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองไทย มีสาเหตุความขัดแย้ง คือ มีอุดมการณ์ทางการเมืองต่างกัน การแสวงอำนาจทางการเมือง มีอคติต่อกัน การแข่งขันเข้าสู่อำนาจและผลประโยชน์ ความคิดเห็นไม่ลงรอยกัน มีความขัดแย้งระหว่างบุคคล มีการแบ่งฝักแบ่งฝ่ายกัน นโยบายพรรคการเมืองที่แตกต่างกัน และโครงสร้างอำนาจทางการเมือง ส่วนความไม่สงบทางการเมืองไทยเกิดจากสาเหตุ คือ มีอุดมคติทางการเมืองต่างกัน อำนาจทางการเมือง อำนาจทางการต่อรอง อุดมการณ์ขัดแย้งกัน และผลประโยชน์ที่ไม่ลงตัวกัน ส่วนความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองไทยด้านอุดมการณ์ทางการเมืองก่อให้เกิดความเห็นต่างทางการเมือง ก่อให้เกิดความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองที่เกิดขึ้นจาก อุดมการณ์ทางการเมือง ความเหลื่อมล้ำ ทางสังคม เศรษฐกิจ ความเชื่อ ค่านิยม
2) รูปแบบภาวะผู้นำทางการเมืองเชิงพุทธเพื่อแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งทางการเมือง ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบหลัก คือ คุณธรรม จิตใจมั่นคง ภาวะอารมณ์ ศักยภาพ และวุฒิภาวะ เรียกว่า M-STAM MODEL
