การยอมรับความเสี่ยงในการตัดสินใจซื้อประกันสุขภาพออนไลน์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร หลังสถานการณ์การระบาดของ Covid-19

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลในการยอมรับความเสี่ยงจากการตัดสินใจซื้อประกันสุขภาพออนไลน์ ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร หลังสถานการณ์การระบาดของ Covid-19 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ประชากรในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครที่เลือกซื้อประกันสุขภาพออนไลน์ จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าสูงสุด ค่าต่ำสุด และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุแบบเส้นทางสัมพันธ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การยอมรับความเสี่ยงในการตัดสินใจซื้อประกันสุขภาพออนไลน์ ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ประกอบด้วย 1) การรับรู้การใช้ประโยชน์ 2) การรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน 3) ความเสี่ยงด้านประสิทธิภาพ 4) ความเสี่ยงด้านความเป็นส่วนตัว และ 5) ความเสี่ยงด้านเวลา มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์เป็นอย่างดี โดยพิจารณาจากค่าสถิติ Chi-Square Probability = 0.07, Chi-Square Relative = 2.71, ค่า GFI = 1.00, ค่า RMSEA = 0.08 แสดงว่าโมเดลมีความถูกต้องผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานในทุกองค์ประกอบ และปัจจัยความเสี่ยงที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อประกันสุขภาพออนไลน์ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยความเสี่ยงด้านประสิทธิภาพ ปัจจัยความเสี่ยงด้านเวลา และปัจจัยการรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ปัจจัยการรับรู้การใช้ประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนปัจจัยความเสี่ยงด้านความเป็นส่วนตัว อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ตามลำดับ ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจประกันสุขภาพสามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อการบริหารจัดการสำหรับการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ให้เหมาะสมและตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้าที่เลือกซื้อประกันสุขภาพผ่านระบบออนไลน์ และเพื่อการพัฒนาระบบการให้บริการผ่านระบบออนไลน์ในอนาคตต่อไป
