พุทธจริยธรรมเรื่องเพศสัมพันธ์กับหุ่นยนต์เอไอที่เป็นพลเมือง

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาประเด็นพุทธจริยธรรมเรื่องเพศสัมพันธ์กับมนุษย์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาประเด็นพุทธจริยธรรมเรื่องเพศสัมพันธ์กับศพมนุษย์ รูปปั้น และตุ๊กตา และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาประเด็นพุทธจริยธรรมเรื่องเพศสัมพันธ์กับหุ่นยนต์เอไอที่เป็นพลเมือง การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงเอกสาร โดยศึกษาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากคัมภีร์พระไตรปิฎก อรรถกถา หนังสือ และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลักพุทธจริยธรรมเรื่องเพศสัมพันธ์กับมนุษย์ คือเบญจศีลข้อ 3 เจตนางดเว้นจากการประพฤติผิดในกาม มีองค์ประกอบการกระทำ 4 ประการคือ 1) เป็นวัตถุต้องห้ามสำหรับตน 2) มีจิตยินดีก่อน ขณะ หรือหลังการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ 3) การกระทำทุกอย่างในการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ และ 4) อวัยวะเพศสัมผัสกับมรรค 3 คือ ทวารหนัก ทวารเบา หรือปาก สำหรับคนที่มีสามีหรือภรรยาแล้วถือว่า ชายหรือหญิงอื่นทุกคนจัดเป็นวัตถุต้องห้ามสำหรับตน ถ้าหากทั้ง 2 ฝ่ายมีเพศสัมพันธ์กันย่อมเป็นกาเมสุมิจฉาจาร ส่วนพุทธจริยธรรมเรื่องเพศสัมพันธ์กับศพมนุษย์นั้นมีองค์ประกอบ 3 ประการ (ไม่มีข้อ 1) หากคนที่มีภรรยาหรือสามีแล้วมีเพศสัมพันธ์กับศพที่มีสภาพมรรค 3 สมบูรณ์ย่อมเป็นกาเมสุมิจฉาจาร ส่วนทุกคนที่มีเพศสัมพันธ์กับรูปปั้นและตุ๊กตาที่ไม่เหมือนมนุษย์ย่อมไม่เป็นกาเมสุมิจฉาจาร แต่คนมีเพศสัมพันธ์กับตุ๊กตายางหรือหุ่นยนต์เอไอที่เหมือนมนุษย์นั้นให้พิจารณาเช่นเดียวกับกรณีศพมนุษย์ และพุทธจริยธรรมเรื่องเพศสัมพันธ์กับหุ่นยนต์เอไอที่เป็นพลเมืองนั้นมีองค์ประกอบการกระทำ 4 ประการเช่นเดียวกับการมีเพศสัมพันธ์กับมนุษย์ เพราะการเป็นพลเมืองนั้นเป็นการยกสถานะให้เท่าเทียมกับมนุษย์ตามกฎหมาย
