การประเมินประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจของการใช้บริการระบบ National Single Window กรณีศึกษาบริษัท ABC

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบในการปฏิบัติงานด้วยระบบ NSW ของพนักงานแผนก Supply Chain Management บริษัท ABC และ 2) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจของการใช้บริการระบบ National Single Window (NSW) ของพนักงาน Supply Chain Management บริษัท ABC สำนักงานใหญ่ จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 8 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 8 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหาโดยอิงจากประเด็นคำถามวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พนักงานมีการใช้งานระบบ NSW อย่างแพร่หลายในกระบวนการนำเข้า–ส่งออก เช่น การขอใบอนุญาต การออกใบรับรอง และการจองเรือ โดยระบบช่วยลดความซ้ำซ้อน เพิ่มความแม่นยำ และความรวดเร็วในการดำเนินงาน อีกทั้งยังมีบทบาทสำคัญในการบริหารจัดการโลจิสติกส์
อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ระบบ NSW ยังช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในด้านความเร็ว ความถูกต้อง และความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของแผนก Supply Chain อย่างชัดเจน อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังพบข้อจำกัดด้านเสถียรภาพของระบบและการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลระหว่างหน่วยงาน ซึ่งควรได้รับการปรับปรุงต่อไป ในด้านความพึงพอใจ พบว่าผู้ใช้งานมีระดับความพึงพอใจสูง โดยเฉพาะในด้านความสะดวก ประหยัดเวลาและค่าใช้จ่าย รวมถึงการติดตามสถานะเอกสารแบบเรียลไทม์ และมีความเชื่อมั่นในมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบ NSW ที่พัฒนาโดยหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่มีมาตรฐาน
