This article has been retracted at the request of the Author.


Qiu Mengwen and Jareeporn Chotipiboonsub, from the article "The Factors Influencing Higher Education Reading Promotion Targeting Community Residents" pages 379-398, in Arts of Management Journal, would like to withdraw the article from the system because they want to publish the article with journals that are in TIER 1 only. According to the results of the 5th round of evaluation (2025-2029) from TCI, the Arts of Management Journal was evaluated in TIER 2. The authors later requested to withdraw the article, which the journal negotiated with the authors, and everything has been completed.
