The Decision in The Election of Members of The House of Representatives in The Year 2023

Abstract
This article aimed to:1) analyze various factors that influence decision-making; and 2) analyze the evaluation of political party policies that citizens will use in deciding the 2023 MP elections. This is quantitative research. The population is made up of voters all over the country. In this country, a random sample of 600 people was drawn from the Taro Yamane formula. Data were collected using questionnaires. Analyze the data with multiple linear regression analysis, one-way analysis of variance, and Scheffe's. The results of the research found that: 1) Factors that significantly affect decision-making behavior in selecting MP candidates in 2023 are "gender". influence on “Relationship with Candidates”. “Age” influences “Benefits or Compensation received”. “Education” influences “Personal Qualities of Candidates”, “Personal Qualities of Party Leaders”, “Policies and Results: Past work of the Party you belong to,”, and “Benefits or Rewards Received,”. “Income” has an influence on “Past policies and performance of the party you belong to.” Other than that, (professional and religious groups) have no influence. The dependent variable is significant. 2) Analysis of the evaluation of political party policies used by citizens in deciding to select MPs in 2023 (Pheu Thai Party) found that the variable "age" has a very significant influence on policy evaluation. The 10 most important factors are followed by income and religion, three variables each. The other variables (gender, education, and occupational group) did not have a significant influence on policy evaluation. 3) Analysis of the evaluation of political party policies that citizens use in decision-making Selecting MPs in 2023 (Forward Party), it was found that the variable "age" had the most significant influence on policy evaluation in 11 areas, followed by education and income in 3 and 1 areas. The others (gender, group occupation, and religion) do not significantly influence policy evaluations.
