Strategic Development of the Management of Student Support System in Schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

This article aimed 1) to study problems and factors related to the management of student support system in schools; 2) to develop strategy for the management of student support system in schools; and 3) to evaluate strategy for the management of student support system in schools under Rayong Primary Education Service Area Office 1. This research was a research and development of data collection tools such as the opinion survey questionnaire of educational institution administrators. There were 435 government teachers and educational personnel, workshops and seminars based on experts and assess the development of participatory management strategies in basic education institutions. Standards and content analysis.


The research results were found as follows: 1) Problems and factors related to the problems and factors related to the administration of the student support system in educational institutions under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 found that there was a meeting to discuss and determine the practical guidelines and factors that There are both internal and external factors affecting the administration of the student care system.


2) The strategic development for the management of student support systems in schools under Rayong Primary Education Service Area Office 1 consisted of 1 vision, 4 missions, 4 goals, 4 strategic issues, 9 strategies, 19 KPIs, and 32 measures.


3) The strategy evaluation for the management of student support systems in schools under Rayong Primary Education Service Area Office 1 showed that most strategies were relevant at a high level, it was suitable, feasible, and also acceptable at a high and highest level.
