Stadium Management of the Local Administration in Thailand

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) to study stadium management of the local administrations. Quantitative method was applied by using 7,851 people from chiefs of department or directors of educational division in local government administrations as research population. 579 samples were taken into account of the quantitative method. The populations in this research were chiefs of department or directors of educational division. The research tools included 1) questionnaires. The statistical analyses were percentage, average and standard deviations.
The results showed that 1) the stadium management consists of development plan for local stadium (average 3.35), operational structuring (average 2.44), human resource management (average 2.91) and stadium operational monitoring standards (average 3.20).
