อิทธิพลของการรับรู้คุณค่าสีเขียวที่มีต่อความตั้งใจเข้าพักโรงแรมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมของลูกค้าในซินเจียง ประเทศจีน

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างในปัจจัยทางประชากรศาสตร์ของลูกค้าส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจเข้าพักโรงแรมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมแตกต่างกัน และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลการรับรู้คุณค่าสีเขียวต่อความตั้งใจเข้าพักโรงแรมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมของลูกค้า ผู้วิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัยและรวบรวมข้อมูลจากตัวอย่างลูกค้า 500 รายที่จะเข้าพักที่โรงแรมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมในซินเจียง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา มีการแจกแจงความความถี่ และค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ t-test, One-way ANOVA, LSD และ Multiple Linear Regression ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 18–24 ปี ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี มีเป็นอาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน และมีรายได้ต่อเดือนมากกว่า 10,000 หยวน ผลของสมมติฐานแรกพบว่า ความแตกต่างในด้านการศึกษาและรายได้ต่อเดือนมีผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อความตั้งใจเข้าพักโรงแรมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมในซินเจียงของลูกค้า ผลของสมมติฐานที่สองพบว่า คุณค่าด้านประโยชน์และ
การใช้งาน คุณค่าด้านอารมณ์ คุณค่าด้านสังคม คุณค่าด้านการเงิน และคุณค่าด้านประสบการณ์ส่งผลความตั้งใจเข้าพักโรงแรมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมในซินเจียงของลูกค้า
