การให้ความหมายวิชาชีพคหกรรมศาสตร์ตามบริบทของอาชีวศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการให้ความหมายวิชาชีพคหกรรมศาสตร์ตามบริบทของอาชีวศึกษา การวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีวิทยา การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์แบบใช้แนวทางการสัมภาษณ์ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารระดับสูง สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา ครูเชี่ยวชาญและครูผู้สอนประเภทวิชาคหกรรม อาชีวศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น 8 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกึ่งโครงสร้าง การสังเกต การบันทึกและเครื่องบันทึกเสียง
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การให้ความหมายด้านวิชาชีพคหกรรมศาสตร์ ตามบริบทของอาชีวศึกษา หมายถึง วิชาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเสื้อผ้าและเครื่องแต่งกาย อาหารและโภชนาการ ศิลปะประดิษฐ์ ธุรกิจความงาม และการจัดการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ โดยมีมิติวิถีชีวิต และวัฒนธรรมไทยสอดแทรก มีสหวิทยาการผสมผสาน สามารถนำความรู้และทักษะวิชาชีพไปให้บริการและช่วยเหลือสังคมตามสาขาวิชาชีพของตน
